Teams
Define which team members belong to each team. Roadmap capacity = sum of mapped members' workdays.
How this affects the Roadmap
- Load on a team row = remaining estimate of work tickets tagged with that team's Baldwin tag, bucketed into their due-date period. BTO is not in Load — it reduces Capacity instead.
- Capacity on a team row = sum of mapped members' workdays × 6h × allocation % − national holidays − BTO / time off.
- Available = Capacity − Load.
- A member in N teams defaults to a 1/N split. Override the % per team to e.g. 70% / 30%.
- Tickets with a Baldwin tag that doesn't match any Tempo Team appear under Unmapped demand.
National holidays
Each member has a country. National holidays for that country reduce their capacity in the roadmap (6h per holiday weekday, matching one workday). Click refresh to fetch the latest holidays for the next 2 years.

Member countries
